Q: It looks dangerous. Won't I stab myself in the gut?
A: Looks can be deceiving — the belt has a special sheath sewn in to protect you from any unintended harm, thus creating a clever stealth belt that looks like any other belt & will go unnoticed by the casual observer. That said, it is still a knife, so use common sense when putting it away or taking it out (and, of course, using it).
Q: My belt is too big/small. Can I exchange it?
A: Yes, & at no charge. We’ll replace your belt & send it back to you with free shipping. Please send the belt with details of the exchange to:

Q: I had this awesome belt/knife. Whatever happened to it and when can I get it again?
A: We know you’re busy & don’t have time to spend on the phone or constantly checking our product page, so we will make it easy on you. You don't need to email us or call. Join our mailing list & we'll automatically keep you up to date.
Q: I have an old Bowen and want to find out about it. Can you help me?
A: Sorry, anyone who would know about that left the company long ago. Try online knife forums for info & eBay for an idea on value.
Q: What size belt should I order?
A: We recommend that you order a belt that is 2-4 inches larger than your pants waist. For example, if your pants waist is 34", we suggest you order a size 36" or 38" belt. Both sizes will probably fit, but the larger size will give you more room if your weight fluctuates.
Q: What are the knife buckles made of?
A: The knife buckles are made of 420 stainless steel and are heat treated to RW 54-56.
Q: Do you ship orders outside of the United States?
A: Yes, we do ship outside of the United States; however, shipping is a little more expensive. You can still order directly from our website, but please be sure to select the international shipping option when checking out.
Q: I'm having problems ordering online; is there another way I can order?
A: Yes! Please, feel free to order through email. If you chose to order through email, you will have 3 payment options: We can send you an invoice through PayPal, you can mail us a check, cash, or money order, or you can email your credit info.
